Frequently Asked Questions
Why isn't the visualization responding to sound?
Make sure you've granted microphone access in your device settings. Also check that your audio source is loud enough — try turning up the volume or moving closer to the sound source.
Can I use Cymatics Lab with music from Spotify or Apple Music?
Yes! Cymatics Lab listens through your device's microphone, so it can visualize any audio playing around you — including music from streaming apps, instruments, or your own voice.
How do I save my favorite settings?
You can create and save presets from the Studio Panel. Your presets are stored locally on your device and can be quickly recalled during performances.
Is there an Android version?
Cymatics Lab is currently available for iOS only. We're exploring options for other platforms in the future.
